Our Mission:
To provide the resources, programs, and education needed to eliminate the killing of at-risk animals at the Waco Animal Shelter.
We help pets. We support people. Judgement free.
Waco Pets Alive! is filling a gap in our community by *exclusively* rescuing Urgent Animals from the Waco shelter.
By recruiting and training the best fosters in the Greater Waco area, we will have an army ready to save dogs and cats
who find themselves at most risk in our Waco shelter.
*Please note: WPA! does not take in pets from the public.
Waco Pets Alive! also focuses on assisting local citizens with their pet-related needs. Helping to keep pets together with the people who love them is the fundamental goal of our McHASS program (McLennan County Human Animal Support Services).
